Can we quote custom furniture dimensions without calculating a price by area?
Yes, an OrderPilot Dimensions option records 2 or 3 measurements with a shared unit, allowed ranges and increments.
It adds one flat charge when filled.
It does not multiply length by width or calculate an area-based price. The entered size stays with the product's documents and Shopify line details.

Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?
Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section. In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.
Can I change the agreement customers accept when signing?
You can add an Agreement line of up to 200 plain-text characters before the standard agreement; the standard wording always remains. Set the line under SettingsBrandingSigning page and save. The additional line also appears during showroom signing.
Can the customer portal use my theme's fonts?
Yes. Under the Customer portal's Look > Fonts, choose Your theme's and save to read the fonts from your live theme. After changing the theme's fonts, use Refresh fonts.
If OrderPilot cannot identify them, choose Custom or OrderPilot fonts and check the preview before saving.
