Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?
Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section.
In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.

From other topicsDoes the customer get an email when I reply in the portal?
Yes, if the portal is on and your message is still unread. OrderPilot waits 10 minutes, or 1 minute if the customer has never used the portal or last wrote by email. The alert gathers up to 10 unseen messages and includes an opening button and the customer's PIN.
If the customer reads the message during the wait, no alert is sent.

Why doesn't my test email open the real customer portal?
Test emails use sample order details and don't include a real customer portal link. The test uses your draft subject and design, and it isn't added to an order conversation. Preview a recent quote or order in the editor to check real record details without expecting the test send to use that customer's access.

Can someone copied on a quote email open the customer's portal?
Yes. Everyone copied on a customer email gets the same portal link and PIN as the customer, so copy only people who may see that quote or order. Check salespeople, automatic shop copies and the recipient fields before sending.
If access went to the wrong person, Disable all existing portal links in Portal access stops every link sent so far.
My customer lost their portal PIN. What do they do?
Ask the customer to choose Email my PIN on the portal's PIN screen. OrderPilot sends the PIN to the customer's address on file. After 5 wrong attempts, access locks for 15 minutes and a replacement PIN is emailed.
Consecutive locks double the wait, up to a day.
