Can the customer portal use my theme's fonts?
Yes. Under the Customer portal's Look > Fonts, choose Your theme's and save to read the fonts from your live theme.
After changing the theme's fonts, use Refresh fonts.
If OrderPilot cannot identify them, choose Custom or OrderPilot fonts and check the preview before saving.

From other topicsMy customer lost their portal PIN. What do they do?
Ask the customer to choose Email my PIN on the portal's PIN screen. OrderPilot sends the PIN to the customer's address on file. After 5 wrong attempts, access locks for 15 minutes and a replacement PIN is emailed.
Consecutive locks double the wait, up to a day.
A portal link went to the wrong person. What do I do?
Correct the customer's contact information, then use Disable all existing portal links in SettingsCustomersPortal access. Confirm Disable existing links to stop every existing portal link across your store. The action affects all customers.
Send a fresh email afterward, or have the customer choose Email me a new link on the expired-link page.

What happens if I turn off the portal?
Customers can no longer enter the portal; existing portal links show This page is not available. Contact the store. Customer portal alerts stop, staff replies go by email, and the receipt's portal QR is unavailable.
Emails use the signing link instead. My orders uses its separate customer page and directs customers to reply by email.

What is the customer portal?
The OrderPilot customer portal is a private place for customers to review quotes, sign, pay, follow orders, and message your store. It also holds documents and warranty coverage. Customers open an emailed link with a 4-digit PIN; they don't need a store account.
Your store's logo, footer, and brand color identify the page.
