Does ending a pending location change cancel my current subscription?
No. End pending location change ends only the unconfirmed request; your current subscription remains.
Existing subscribed locations stay usable while a change awaits Shopify approval.
Use Continue Shopify approval to finish the request or Check status to refresh it. An already approved change can't be discarded through the pending-change action.

From other topicsWhy do orders still go to Pending Review with Reviews off?
Turning Reviews off hides the Review page and disables the shop-wide review rules. Template review requirements and custom POS sales can still trigger Pending Review. Find those records through Home or the Quotes and Orders lists.
Check the template's Manual review setting when a sale repeatedly enters review.
Why do some statuses read Pending Quote or Draft Order?
Pending Quote and Pending Order are display names for Pending Review, based on whether the record is a quote or order. Draft similarly appears as Draft Quote or Draft Order. These labels do not represent extra statuses you need to configure.
Does restricting a template to one location hide it from the online store?
No. Who can add it controls staff and POS availability, while online publication has separate settings.
Set permitted brands or locations in the template's Organization card and save. Configure the template's online mode separately when you need to change what shoppers can see.

Why did OrderPilot stop sending my emails?
OrderPilot can pause sending when too many emails bounce or are reported as spam over 24 hours. If you see Sending is paused for safety, contact support@meetorderpilot.com with the affected recipients and recorded errors. Only OrderPilot support can resume sending after reviewing the problem.
A verified domain doesn't need changing solely because sending is paused.
