What happens when I cancel my subscription?

In the appSettings and integrationsUpdated 3 Nov 2026

Short answer

Cancellation stops normal OrderPilot access immediately and returns the whole store to the subscription screen.

Scheduled emails and texts stop too. Restoring access requires a new Shopify approval, and previous trial or promotional terms may no longer be available.

Download the documents and signature evidence you need before confirming Cancel subscription.

Will cancelled emails send after I fix the problem?

No. Cancelled emails don't resume automatically after the cause is fixed. Changing the sending domain, turning customer email off, or losing subscription coverage can cancel waiting messages.

Read the cancellation reason in Delivery activity, correct it, and send or schedule the intended message again if the customer still needs it.

How do I cancel a payment request?

Open ••• > Payments and Invoices, find the open request on Payments, and choose Cancel request. Review the warning, then confirm Cancel invoice.

The request's customer link stops working. Cancelling an unpaid request does not refund any money already received.

How do we pay for our OrderPilot subscription?

OrderPilot is billed through your store's regular Shopify bill. The subscription is priced per billed location, with monthly or annual billing.

Your store chooses one OrderPilot plan for all its covered locations. Annual billing saves 10%, and made-to-order locations are free.

Can I cancel a purchase order I already sent?

Yes, if nothing has been received or rejected and no vendor payment is recorded. Choose Cancel purchase order and review the confirmation.

Cancellation removes the PO and its stored attachments and cannot be undone in OrderPilot. It sends no email, so tell the vendor separately.

Do not remove valid payment records to bypass the restriction.
