Which logo prints on the POS receipt?

BrandingUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

A location's own logo takes priority on its POS receipt; otherwise, the receipt uses the brand kit's square mark, with the logo as fallback.

The image prints in black. Check SettingsBrandingPOS receipt and the location's logo if a showroom receipt uses a different image than expected.

Why aren't quotes in the Print Receipt list?

The Print Receipt tile lists orders only. To print a quote receipt, open the quote through Orders & Quotes, tap Print, then Print Receipt. Choose Print Quote instead when you want the full quote document.

What should I check when a POS receipt will not print?

Check the receipt printer's connection and the iPad's Wi-Fi, then retry Print. Printing also requires View quotes and orders, and the record's location must be covered by the subscription. Receipt sent to printer confirms the handoff to the printer; check that the printed receipt actually appears before giving it to the customer.

Does lead time print on the quote or the purchase order?

No. OrderPilot's calculated lead times do not appear on quote PDFs or purchase orders.

The full order calculation is shown in the app, and is also absent from POS, emails and the customer portal. A template's slowest option lead time can appear online when Show lead time is on.

Should freight go on the PO or on a receipt?

Use a PO charge when freight covers goods across the whole purchase order, and a receipt charge when it belongs to one delivery. PO charges are shared across their selected goods as units arrive.

Receipt charges split by value across the covered units in that receipt. Choose the scope before entering the amount.
