Branding
- Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?Open Settings › Branding › Customer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section.
- I applied a look to all assets. Why didn't my emails change?Apply this look to all assets updates email drafts, but customers keep receiving the published designs.
- Can I change the agreement customers accept when signing? You can add an Agreement line of up to 200 plain-text characters before the standard agreement; the standard wording always remains.
- Can each brand have its own color?Yes. With brand grouping enabled, set the brand's color through Branding's Brand picker or the brand editor.
- Which logo prints on the POS receipt?A location's own logo takes priority on its POS receipt; otherwise, the receipt uses the brand kit's square mark, with the logo as fallback.
- I changed my Shopify theme's colors. Does OrderPilot follow? No. OrderPilot reads theme branding during installation and does not continually follow later theme changes.
- Can the customer portal use my theme's fonts?Yes. Under the Customer portal's Look > Fonts, choose Your theme's and save to read the fonts from your live theme.
- Can I add my own CSS to the customer portal?Yes. Custom CSS accepts up to 20 KB of rules shared by the Customer portal, Quote request page and Request sent page.
- Why won't my logo upload? The brand kit accepts PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP images under 5 MB.
- Can I center the receipt logo without centering the portal logo?Yes. Logo position is separate for the Customer portal, Quote request page, Request sent page and POS receipt.
- Can I preview branding changes before saving them?Yes. All assets shows previews of your current Branding draft, and Open in new tab opens an unsaved sample preview.
- Why does OrderPilot refuse my portal background color?OrderPilot refuses a background that makes the portal's gray text too difficult to read.
- Why isn't the POS receipt listed under Apply this look to all assets? The POS receipt is excluded from Apply this look to all assets because its printing controls are separate.
- Where do I change the message after a customer requests a quote?Edit Thank-you message under Settings › Branding › Request sent page.
