How many quote reminders does a customer get?
Short answer
OrderPilot sends one unfinished-quote reminder per eligible quote.
Choose a wait of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week, plus sending hours; the default wait is 48 hours. The quote must still be in Draft after the quiet period.
Pending Review quotes and unsubscribed customers don't receive that reminder.
