Can I remove the unsubscribe link from emails?

In the appEmails and messagesUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

No. OrderPilot adds the recipient's unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers when sending customer order emails.

Those elements cannot be removed from an email template.

Unsubscribing stops later customer emails to that address for your store, including order and status emails. Staff alerts and portal access-link emails don't carry an unsubscribe link.

Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?

Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section. In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.

I applied a look to all assets. Why didn't my emails change?

Apply this look to all assets updates email drafts, but customers keep receiving the published designs. Save the Branding changes, then open each affected template under SettingsBrandingEmails, review it and publish. A Branding save alone does not publish the email or replace its live design.

How do I remove OrderPilot's data from Shopify before uninstalling?

OrderPilot has no pre-uninstall button for removing its Shopify catalog data. Products and metaobjects remain in Shopify after uninstalling. Contact support@meetorderpilot.com before removal if you need help reviewing the remaining records.

Does the customer get an email when I reply in the portal?

Yes, if the portal is on and your message is still unread. OrderPilot waits 10 minutes, or 1 minute if the customer has never used the portal or last wrote by email. The alert gathers up to 10 unseen messages and includes an opening button and the customer's PIN.

If the customer reads the message during the wait, no alert is sent.
