Why did OrderPilot stop sending my emails?
OrderPilot can pause sending when too many emails bounce or are reported as spam over 24 hours.
If you see Sending is paused for safety, contact support@meetorderpilot.com with the affected recipients and recorded errors. Only OrderPilot support can resume sending after reviewing the problem.
A verified domain doesn't need changing solely because sending is paused.

From other topicsCan I test a quote email without sending it to the customer?
Yes. In the composer, open More send options, choose Send test email…, and enter an address you control. Click Send test to send it immediately to that address.
The customer is not emailed, and the draft remains available for further editing before the real send.
Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?
Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section. In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.
I applied a look to all assets. Why didn't my emails change?
Apply this look to all assets updates email drafts, but customers keep receiving the published designs. Save the Branding changes, then open each affected template under SettingsBrandingEmails, review it and publish. A Branding save alone does not publish the email or replace its live design.
Does the customer get an email when I reply in the portal?
Yes, if the portal is on and your message is still unread. OrderPilot waits 10 minutes, or 1 minute if the customer has never used the portal or last wrote by email. The alert gathers up to 10 unseen messages and includes an opening button and the customer's PIN.
If the customer reads the message during the wait, no alert is sent.
