Can I delete a warranty plan that customers already bought?
No. Delete is available only for a warranty plan that has never been sold.
Archive stops a sold plan from being offered on new sales while preserving the terms already recorded.
An archived plan is marked Not available for new sales. Use Restore if you want to sell it again.

From other topicsIf I change or delete a saved fee, do orders that already have it change?
No. Existing orders keep their own copy of a saved fee's name, amount and settings.
Editing, hiding or deleting the preset affects future selections. Review an existing order separately if its charge also needs changing.

Does disconnecting QuickBooks delete records already sent there?
No. Disconnecting stops further sends from OrderPilot, while records already in QuickBooks remain. Reconnecting the same company continues where the connection left off.
Connecting a different company clears its mappings and disables sync options, so review the company and accounts before turning those options back on.
What happens to my templates when I delete a category?
Deleting a category removes that category from its templates; the templates themselves remain. Direct subcategories move to the top level.
Affected Shopify product types are re-synced or cleared if no category remains. OrderPilot does not check whether templates use the category before deletion, so review those templates first.
Can I delete an option?
No. Archive an option through More actions > Archive option instead. The option stops appearing on new products and orders, while saved orders keep their recorded choices.
Archiving preserves its template attachments. Open the option from Archived and choose Restore option to return it where it was used.
