Why does the payment button say Create Order?
Create Order means the sale has payment due later and no deposit due now.
Tapping it places the order in Shopify without collecting money.
Complete any required signature before continuing. The balance remains outstanding and must be collected later.

From other topicsWhy is the Create Quote button greyed out?
Hover over Create Quote to see which requirement is missing. Creation needs a customer, a specific location and at least 1 product; a fee alone does not count. Shopify product details must finish loading, and every line needs a vendor if your shop requires one.
Complete required options and order fields before creating the quote.
What do I do when POS says the order was created but payment did not open?
Open Shopify POS's Orders, find the existing order, and collect payment there. Follow the message for the already-created order instead of making another quote. Review the order number and amount before collecting money; creating the order did not itself take payment.
Why is there no payment button on a saved POS draft?
Save as Draft keeps unfinished work in OrderPilot without creating a Shopify draft order, so that record has no payment button. Finish the required details and create the quote or order when ready. Shopify then calculates tax, and the available payment action reflects the amount and terms due.
Can Shopify POS create quotes?
Shopify POS Pro can save a cart as a draft order for completion later, which supports a basic quote workflow. Shopify explains its draft-order route.
OrderPilot adds a Create Quote tile for configurable furniture, with saved product choices, live pricing and customer signatures. The quote stays connected to payments and vendor purchasing. OrderPilot's POS extension does not require POS Pro.
