Why is there no payment button on a saved POS draft?
Save as Draft keeps unfinished work in OrderPilot without creating a Shopify draft order, so that record has no payment button.
Finish the required details and create the quote or order when ready. Shopify then calculates tax, and the available payment action reflects the amount and terms due.

Why is the payment button greyed and reading Paid in full?
Paid in full is greyed out because the balance due is $0 and there is nothing more to collect. A valid zero-total sale can show the same state. Check the sale's paid amount and balance before attempting another payment.
Does OrderPilot process our customers' card payments?
Customer checkout payments go through Shopify, with OrderPilot tracking the payment result and remaining balance. Payment links open the relevant Shopify checkout, and showroom payments use Shopify POS.
Staff can also record money received elsewhere, such as a bank transfer. Recording a payment in OrderPilot does not charge the customer's card.
