Why did my import skip rows?
Short answer
Existing records are skipped when Update existing templates, options and values is off.
Tick that setting only when you intend to update matching records, then upload and check the file again. Review blank-cell warnings before applying: some blank cells clear values, while an omitted column preserves them.
