How many templates can I import in one CSV?
A template import can contain up to 200 templates, within a 15 MB file and 400,000 rows.
The file can also include up to 2,000 options and 100,000 values. Split larger catalogs into separate CSV files, and check each import report before applying it.

Can I import my existing open orders and quotes?
No. OrderPilot does not import existing open quotes or orders; create those records in OrderPilot. CSV imports are available for product templates and options.
Prepare your catalog first, then create the open sales your team needs to continue managing.
Can I undo a change to a quote, template or vendor?
Yes. Open the record's Activity, choose Version history, and click Restore this version on the saved version you need. Review Current and After restore before confirming Restore version N.
Your role must be allowed to edit the record, and normal locks still apply. Restoring adds a saved version and keeps the later history.

Why does my template product have new variants in Shopify?
Receiving a template configuration creates or reuses a Stock unit variant on the template's Shopify product. The base variant is Made to order; stocked variants identify exact finished configurations.
Receiving creates that stock identity, not placing the customer order. The customer-order line keeps its configuration history as a custom item.
