Do vendor minimums stop me creating a purchase order?
No. You can save a draft purchase order below the vendor's minimum.
An enforced minimum blocks sending until the quantity or value is met; an unenforced minimum gives a warning.
Minimums are checked per purchase order. An enforced value minimum also blocks sending when an item's cost is unknown.

From other topicsDoes Save on a vendor card create the purchase order?
No. Save on a vendor card closes its editing form and keeps the preparation in the workbench.
To create purchase orders, tick the vendor cards, click Create POs, and confirm Create draft POs. Only that confirmation creates the numbered drafts.

Are new purchase orders sent to the vendor straight away?
No. The PO Workbench creates draft purchase orders with permanent PO numbers.
Open each draft, review its quantities, destination and prices, then use Send to vendor. The vendor receives nothing from draft creation alone.

My vendor has no email. Can I still send the purchase order?
Yes, you can record a PO as sent without a vendor email, but OrderPilot will not email anyone. Share the downloaded PDF yourself, then open Send to vendor and confirm Mark as sent. Alternatively, add the vendor's email before sending through OrderPilot.

Why don't prices show on my vendor's purchase order?
New purchase orders hide vendor-facing prices by default. Turn on Show prices on vendor PDF on the PO when the vendor should see them.
