Can I delete a vendor?
No. Open the vendor at SettingsPurchasing & accountingVendors, turn off Active Vendor, and click Update Vendor.
The inactive vendor leaves pickers while its history remains. Turn Active Vendor back on when staff should be able to choose it again.

From other topicsWhy can't I delete or change the vendor of an item?
The item is already linked to a purchase order, so POS blocks deletion and vendor changes. Ask the back office to review the line in OrderPilot inside Shopify admin. Purchased-line changes need their own checks, and a customer-order change does not automatically revise the vendor's purchase order.
Does hiding the Customers page delete customer information?
No. Turning off the Customers page hides its menu entries and tour; it doesn't remove customer data. Customer pages still open from links, and configured customer fields still appear on order pages.
The setting is in SettingsCustomersCustomers page and saves immediately when changed.

Can I delete a built-in email?
No. Built-in email templates cannot be deleted. You can duplicate a template to create another version, then edit and publish the copy.
An unwanted copy can be deleted where allowed, but deletion removes its version history. Brands assigned to a deleted copy fall back to the group's default design.

Can I undo a change to a quote, template or vendor?
Yes. Open the record's Activity, choose Version history, and click Restore this version on the saved version you need. Review Current and After restore before confirming Restore version N.
Your role must be allowed to edit the record, and normal locks still apply. Restoring adds a saved version and keeps the later history.
