Can I receive another delivery after finalizing a PO?

In the appInventory and costsUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

No. Finalizing a PO closes its costs and stops receiving until it is reopened.

Use Reopen to edit or Reopen, enter a reason, and confirm before posting the next delivery. Your role needs Finalize and reopen purchase orders, as well as permission for the receiving work.

Does Email queued for delivery mean the customer received it?

No. Email queued for delivery confirms that OrderPilot queued the message, not that it reached the customer's inbox. Open Activity > View all emails to check the recorded send and delivery events.

Investigate Bounced, Failed or Send status unconfirmed before assuming the customer has the quote.

If I turn on Receive replies, do I still get replies in my mailbox?

Yes. Receive replies adds customer and vendor replies to their OrderPilot records and the Inbox while your mailbox continues receiving them. Existing orders begin capturing replies with their next outgoing email after setup.

Replies you send from your own mailbox aren't captured back into OrderPilot, so answer through the Inbox to keep the conversation together.

Where do I see purchase orders waiting to be received?

Open Purchase Orders and check the Sent, Partially received and Received, some rejected tabs. Home's Purchase orders card also has Open POs for those statuses. Use the PO's received and outstanding quantities to see what still needs attention.

Why can't I receive a new product on my PO yet?

The product must finish being created in Shopify before OrderPilot can receive it. When the line says **Still being created in Shopify.

Try again in a minute., wait and click Check again. If creation failed, read the reason, correct it, and use Try again**.
