Why did changing Standalone PO clear my workbench edits?
Switching between customer-order purchasing and Standalone PO discards unsaved vendor selections and edits.
Choose the purchasing mode before preparing the vendor cards. In standalone mode, each vendor can appear once, and removing a vendor card has no confirmation.

From other topicsWill changing the default email theme change my wording?
No. Changing Default email theme preserves blocks, wording, and subjects while replacing the theme and colors across active customer and vendor templates. The change includes default and brand versions.
Live templates on another theme receive a new published version; unpublished edits remain unpublished. Scheduled emails keep the design selected when they were scheduled.

Does changing the costing method restate past sales?
No. A sale keeps the costing method and cost already assigned to it.
Switching from moving weighted average to FIFO or LIFO starts with the next delivery; existing stock keeps its assigned average. The change does not reconstruct old batches or reprice past sales.

Will changing the planned PO cost fix an earlier receipt?
No. Changing the planned cost of goods still to come leaves earlier receipts at their recorded costs.
Use Force edit costs > Also correct what was received for an earlier receipt, then enter Reason for change and save the adjustment. A corrected vendor invoice needs a received-cost correction, not only a planned-price edit.

Does changing a catalog item's cover image affect Shopify?
Yes. A changed catalog-line cover image is applied to that Shopify variant on the next sync. Check the intended image before saving the sale.
The line's Media area accepts up to 10 images, with the first used as the primary image.
