Do catalog price changes update quotes I already saved?
No. Saved quotes and drafts keep their recorded option prices and labels when the catalog changes.
Placed orders keep their sold details too. Re-picking an option value on a saved quote uses today's price, so make that change only when you intend to revise the offer.

From other topicsWill new product terms change an already signed quote?
No. A signed quote keeps the wording frozen when the customer signed it.
Updated category or product terms appear in current unsigned documents. If a customer-facing edit requires a new signature, the next agreement uses current wording, while the previous signed version stays available in Signature history.
If I change a template's price, do open quotes update?
No. Saved quotes retain their saved line and option prices when you change the template's pricing. There is no automatic warning that those prices have changed.
Re-select an option to use its current price, or use the line's Pricing controls to review an allowed adjustment before saving the quote.

Does Close request send the customer an updated quote?
No. Close request closes the request without sending an updated quote. Use it only when the request is already settled.
If the customer still needs the revised agreement, use Send updated quote and check the send result. Reopen makes the request open again and blocks signing until it is settled.
