Short answer

Choose job-sheet themes under SettingsBrandingQuote PDF, in PDF themes.

The themes include Default, Field, Compact, and Service ticket. Choose the sheet's content under SettingsProductsClaims, including photos, the completion section, and the amount to collect.

Staff without cost-view permission don't get the amount printed.
