Can I export sales and commission reports to a spreadsheet?
Yes. Analytics exports CSV files for the displayed report and selected filters.
On Sales, use the title row's Export for period results or the Salespeople table's Export CSV for staff rows.
Commission offers Export for payroll and Export statement. Set the period, Store and relevant grouping before exporting, then check the downloaded figures.

Your role does not have View costs, so Export without costs omits Base cost, Value cost and Cost override. The columns are left out entirely, rather than exported as zeros. Ask an administrator to review your permissions if your work requires those costs.

Can we bring a furniture catalog into OrderPilot from a spreadsheet?
Yes, OrderPilot imports product templates, options and values from a CSV using its defined layout. Start with the starter CSV or an export, prepare the required categories and locations, then check the import report before applying changes.
The import does not create categories, brands, locations or bundles. An arbitrary supplier spreadsheet needs mapping to the supported columns.

How long do signature export links work?
Signature export download links work for 7 days. Download every part while the export is ready; each part contains up to 500 signatures.
A date range can include up to 20,000 signatures. If an export expires or fails, prepare it again, using smaller date ranges when needed.

Can OrderPilot calculate commission for furniture salespeople?
Yes, OrderPilot Growth and Professional include sales commission based on assigned sales credit and your store's rules. Commission can use net merchandise or gross profit, with an earning trigger such as placement, full payment or full delivery.
Quotes and drafts do not earn commission. OrderPilot calculates and reports commission; it does not run payroll.
