Why can't my staff see warranty claims?
Their role needs View warranty claims, along with access to the underlying order.
Without claim-view permission, staff can be directed to coverage look-up instead of the claims workspace. Ask an administrator to review the role and order scope.
Viewing claims doesn't automatically grant permission to work, approve, or decline them.

Can furniture warranty coverage start when the customer receives the item?
Yes, OrderPilot starts warranty coverage for each unit when it reaches the customer. Terms can differ by vendor, category, product or option, and the sold line preserves the agreed terms.
Later rule changes do not replace the coverage already sold. Warranty, claims and repairs are included on OrderPilot Professional.
