Does OrderPilot replace Shopify POS?
No, OrderPilot runs inside Shopify POS on your showroom iPad.
Its tiles add configured quotes, signatures and order management to the register.
Payments continue through Shopify POS, and the back office opens the same sale in Shopify admin. OrderPilot is the custom-order workflow your team uses within Shopify.

From other topicsCan rejected units be replaced on the same purchase order?
Yes, while the PO remains eligible for receiving, including Received, some rejected. Enter replacement units manually under Receiving now on the line marked rejected, can be replaced.
If every unit was rejected, the PO becomes Rejected and replacements need a new PO. A line already assigned to a replacement PO must be received there.

Why can’t I receive replacements on the original PO?
A replacement PO can take over the rejected units' purchasing allocation, disabling those rows on the original PO. The receiving row identifies the replacement PO.
Receive the replacements there instead of recording them twice. If every unit on the original PO was rejected, that PO no longer offers Receive Items.

Does Flag a replacement PO create a purchase order automatically?
No. Flag a replacement PO for rejected lines adds an activity note identifying the rejected lines.
Staff still prepare the replacement purchase order. Use the note to direct purchasing follow-up, then review the replacement items and vendor through your usual PO process.

Why does a warranty replacement order show as Paid?
A no-charge warranty order with product lines counts as paid because its balance is $0. Paid doesn't mean the customer paid money for the replacement. The warranty order carries the Warranty Claim tag and links back to the claim, so staff can identify the replacement and its agreed remedy.
