Why can’t I receive replacements on the original PO?

Short answer

A replacement PO can take over the rejected units' purchasing allocation, disabling those rows on the original PO.

The receiving row identifies the replacement PO.

Receive the replacements there instead of recording them twice. If every unit on the original PO was rejected, that PO no longer offers Receive Items.

Yes. Receive replies adds customer and vendor replies to their OrderPilot records and the Inbox while your mailbox continues receiving them. Existing orders begin capturing replies with their next outgoing email after setup.
