Why can I see Commission but not Profit?

In the appReportsUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

Profit needs both View all commission and profit and View costs.

View own commission permits your own commission rows without exposing the store's profit report. Ask an authorized administrator to review your role if profit analysis is part of your job; the permissions serve different reporting needs.
