- Where is Analytics?Open Analytics under OrderPilot in Shopify admin's sidebar; it is not in OrderPilot's header row.
- Why can't a salesperson see the Commission tab?The salesperson's role needs View own commission to see their personal Commission report.
- Why does Unassigned appear in my sales report?Unassigned holds revenue that has no credited salesperson, so the salesperson revenue rows still add up to the report's total.
- Why do Home totals differ from the Sales performance report?Home and Sales performance use different dates and calculations, so their totals need not match.
- How do I report on one showroom instead of all locations?Choose the showroom in Store in the Analytics title row.
- Can I export sales and commission reports to a spreadsheet?Yes. Analytics exports CSV files for the displayed report and selected filters.
- Why do salesperson quote counts add up to more than the total?A quote counts for every salesperson credited on it, so adding individual quote counts can count the same quote more than once.
- Should I include Not earned yet when paying commission?No. Not earned yet is a forecast of what open quotes from the selected period would earn.
- Why does the Profit report show Missing cost?Missing cost means the group contains lines without recorded costs, so their net counts the whole selling price.
- Can I see which fabric and finish combinations sell most?Yes. In Profit, Best-selling configurations groups lines from the same template with exactly the same options.
- Why did my commission export reach its limit?Commission exports have limits of 500 salespeople, 2,000 orders or 5,000 lines, depending on the export.
- Why can I see Commission but not Profit?Profit needs both View all commission and profit and View costs.
- Does the Sales report combine different currencies into one total?No. The report presents currency-specific figures rather than adding unlike currencies together.
