Why does the Profit report show Missing cost?
Missing cost means the group contains lines without recorded costs, so their net counts the whole selling price.
Record or correct those costs before relying on the margin. Other costs can remain estimates until goods are received; the Profit export identifies missing and estimated costs.

Your role does not have View costs, so Export without costs omits Base cost, Value cost and Cost override. The columns are left out entirely, rather than exported as zeros. Ask an administrator to review your permissions if your work requires those costs.

Why is a new option value missing from my template?
The template may be set to Added but not offered, so new shared values are added without becoming selectable. Open the option's Manage dialog on that template and check Offer for the value. Review its new-value setting and any bundle locks before expecting every template to offer new choices automatically.
Why does a template say Live while its Shopify pictures are missing?
A picture failure does not fail the whole template sync, so Live can appear before every image reaches Shopify. Save the active template to queue another sync, or use a retry action when shown.
A Shopify File still being prepared waits for a later sync. External HTTPS image links imported by CSV do not transfer to Shopify products.

Why are Customers or Review missing from the menu?
Customers and Review are optional menu pages that start off for new shops. Enable Customers in SettingsCustomersCustomers page. Enable Reviews in SettingsQuotes & ordersDefaultsApproval rules.
Staff also need the relevant access. Turning Review off doesn't stop template review requirements or custom POS sales from reaching pending review.
