Can staff still see records at a location that isn't on my plan?
Yes. Staff can view locations and records their roles allow even when that location isn't subscribed.
Performing location-based actions requires subscription coverage as well as the normal staff permissions.
Viewing an old order therefore doesn't mean staff can edit it, receive its goods, or create fresh documents at that location.

From other topicsDoes restricting a template to one location hide it from the online store?
No. Who can add it controls staff and POS availability, while online publication has separate settings.
Set permitted brands or locations in the template's Organization card and save. Configure the template's online mode separately when you need to change what shoppers can see.

Do I need a DMARC record?
DMARC is recommended for OrderPilot's sending setup, but it isn't required to complete that setup. Review DMARC shows the current result and a copy-ready record when one is missing. The starter policy is v=DMARC1; p=none;.
If your domain already has a record that needs fixing, repair it instead of adding a second one.
How long do DNS records take to verify?
New sending-domain records can take up to a day to appear; the Receive replies record can take up to an hour. Use Check again for the sending domain or Check record for reply capture after adding the displayed records. OrderPilot also checks daily.
If records remain missing, compare the saved hostname and value with OrderPilot's instructions.
Does Home show figures for all my locations?
Yes. Home and Analytics cover all locations; the location picker in the header does not filter their totals. Reports have their own Store filter.
Check the reporting period and the report's filters before comparing a showroom's figures with the totals on Home.
