Can I add a customer’s late item to a PO already sent?
Yes, if the PO shares the item's vendor, is Draft, Sent or Partially received, and is not finalized.
Save the customer order, then choose Manage PO > Attach PO on its line.
Select the PO, review the added row and click Update PO. Send the updated document so the vendor receives the change.

No. Existing orders keep their own copy of a saved fee's name, amount and settings.
Editing, hiding or deleting the preset affects future selections. Review an existing order separately if its charge also needs changing.

Do catalog price changes update quotes I already saved?
No. Saved quotes and drafts keep their recorded option prices and labels when the catalog changes.
Placed orders keep their sold details too. Re-picking an option value on a saved quote uses today's price, so make that change only when you intend to revise the offer.
Does updating an email design change messages already scheduled?
No. A scheduled email keeps the design version chosen when it was scheduled. Publishing a newer template or changing the default email theme doesn't restyle that waiting message.
Review scheduled work separately when changing a design, especially if the update contains information those recipients need.

Can OrderPilot take over draft orders we already made in Shopify?
No, OrderPilot does not automatically adopt draft orders created separately in Shopify. Existing Shopify drafts remain managed there.
