Can someone copied on a quote email open the customer's portal?

Quotes and ordersUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

Yes. Everyone copied on a customer email gets the same portal link and PIN as the customer, so copy only people who may see that quote or order.

Check salespeople, automatic shop copies and the recipient fields before sending.

If access went to the wrong person, Disable all existing portal links in Portal access stops every link sent so far.

Yes. Custom CSS accepts up to 20 KB of rules shared by the Customer portal, Quote request page and Request sent page. Open the section at the end of any of those assets' options, enter the rules and save.

Check all 3 pages afterward. The product-page options block has its own CSS under Online store settings.

Yes. Logo position is separate for the Customer portal, Quote request page, Request sent page and POS receipt. Choose Left, Center or Right on each asset and save.

The receipt starts centered; the customer pages start left-aligned. Quote PDF and email logo placement belong to their document or header designs.
