Where do customer replies to my emails go?

In the appEmails and messagesUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

With Receive replies set up, customer email replies appear in the order's conversation and the Inbox, as well as your mailbox.

Without reply capture, replies go to your Reply-to addresses, or the sender address if that list is empty. Portal messages arrive in OrderPilot independently of email reply capture.

Where do I change my logo for emails and the customer portal?

Open SettingsBrandingCustomer portal and use Logo in the shared Brand section. In Frame your logo, position the image and check its Logo and Square mark versions, then click Apply and save. The kit supplies the logo across customer assets; each supported asset has its own placement controls.

I applied a look to all assets. Why didn't my emails change?

Apply this look to all assets updates email drafts, but customers keep receiving the published designs. Save the Branding changes, then open each affected template under SettingsBrandingEmails, review it and publish. A Branding save alone does not publish the email or replace its live design.

Does the customer get an email when I reply in the portal?

Yes, if the portal is on and your message is still unread. OrderPilot waits 10 minutes, or 1 minute if the customer has never used the portal or last wrote by email. The alert gathers up to 10 unseen messages and includes an opening button and the customer's PIN.

If the customer reads the message during the wait, no alert is sent.

How many emails are included with OrderPilot?

OrderPilot includes 2,000 emails per month per billed location on Essentials, 4,000 on Growth and 6,000 on Professional. The allowances are pooled across the store's locations and reset each calendar month. Branded email updates are included on every plan; text-message allowances are separate.
