Why can’t I create a deposit for the whole balance?
A separate deposit must be greater than zero and less than the balance due.
To collect the full balance, choose the whole-balance payment route instead.
Enter the deposit as a percentage or an amount. Check Deposit (tax included) before confirming; tax rounding can change it by a cent.

Confirm the migration scope before relying on OrderPilot to carry over existing orders, deposits and paperwork. Catalog CSV import covers templates, options and values; it is not a confirmed import route for historical sales. Shopify drafts created outside OrderPilot are not automatically adopted.

Can Shopify POS create quotes?
Shopify POS Pro can save a cart as a draft order for completion later, which supports a basic quote workflow. Shopify explains its draft-order route.
OrderPilot adds a Create Quote tile for configurable furniture, with saved product choices, live pricing and customer signatures. The quote stays connected to payments and vendor purchasing. OrderPilot's POS extension does not require POS Pro.
Why can't I create a purchase order for this order?
Hover over Create PO to see the specific blocker. Save the order, assign vendors to physical lines, and check that its status is eligible for purchasing.
Lines already allocated to POs or excluded from purchasing may leave nothing to buy. An order containing only services cannot create a PO.

Why is Create PO in the ⋯ menu and not the header?
The header shows Create PO only for paid or partially paid orders with no creation blockers. Otherwise, look under ••• > Create PO. If the menu action is greyed out, hover over it to read what needs fixing before purchasing can begin.
