Which plan includes warranty service and order approvals?
OrderPilot Professional includes warranty, claims and repairs, workflow automation, approvals and multiple brands.
Professional also includes all Growth and Essentials features and supports any number of billed locations. Choose Professional when your store needs the service or approval workflows, even if it has fewer than 10 locations.

Do service lines go on purchase orders?
No. Service lines never go on purchase orders, and an order with only services has nothing to buy. A service line has no pickup or delivery method and needs no handover; its Manage PO control explains why.
If the item is really a product you buy and receive, make it a physical product line. A placed line can't switch between service and product.

Does an enforced vendor minimum include freight and tax?
No. An enforced vendor value minimum uses the goods subtotal, excluding shipping, tax and landed-cost charges.
An unknown item cost blocks sending when that value minimum is enforced. Drafts can still be saved below the minimum; correct the items or costs before sending.
Can I sell a warranty plan or open a warranty claim on POS?
No. Add extended warranty plans and handle warranty claims in OrderPilot inside Shopify admin. A warranty plan already attached to an order can appear on POS, but staff cannot add or discount it there.
POS order discounts also exclude warranty plans.
