Why does a template read No vendor?
No vendor means the template has no available vendor, including when its assigned vendors are inactive.
Staff can still add the template, but the new line needs an active vendor. Open the template's Organization settings and choose vendors, or enable Offer all vendors to include active vendors added later.

From other topicsCan I undo a change to a quote, template or vendor?
Yes. Open the record's Activity, choose Version history, and click Restore this version on the saved version you need. Review Current and After restore before confirming Restore version N.
Your role must be allowed to edit the record, and normal locks still apply. Restoring adds a saved version and keeps the later history.

Why does my template product have new variants in Shopify?
Receiving a template configuration creates or reuses a Stock unit variant on the template's Shopify product. The base variant is Made to order; stocked variants identify exact finished configurations.
Receiving creates that stock identity, not placing the customer order. The customer-order line keeps its configuration history as a custom item.

What does No Vendor mean in the PO Workbench?
No Vendor means the grouped order lines have no vendor assigned, so their card cannot be selected for PO creation. Open the customer order, assign an active vendor to each affected physical line, and save. Reopen the PO Workbench to check the corrected vendor cards.
