How many statuses can I have?
OrderPilot allows up to 50 statuses and 50 customer groups, including supplied ones.
A new store starts with 20 statuses, leaving room for 30 more. Add status becomes unavailable at the limit; hover over it for the reason before removing an unused custom status.

No. An email group can be assigned to at most one status. To use the same design for another status, copy the template into a separate group and assign that group's status.
Check the group's sending line afterward; moving a status assignment changes which group sends for that status.

Why are my statuses or options empty after installation?
OrderPilot can still be finishing setup after your first sign-in, so starter statuses and options may appear a moment later. Reload in a minute and check the list again. Once the records appear, add your own category, vendor and template to complete the setup checklist.
Which order statuses can go on a purchase order?
Any status with Eligible for purchase orders ticked can supply orders to the PO Workbench. New stores start with Quote, Order, Partially Sent to Vendor and Reorder needed eligible. Your store can rename statuses or change eligibility in SettingsQuotes & ordersStatuses.
