How do I find a customer's warranty by serial number?
Enter the serial in Warranty coverage look-up to find the product unit and its coverage.
The warranty claims queue and Start a claim also accept serial searches. Check the customer, order, and unit before starting service.

How do I change how purchase orders are numbered?
Open SettingsPurchasing & accountingPurchase orders & costingPurchase orders. Turn on Purchase order numbering, and set Prefix and Next number.
Save the settings. Without custom numbering, POs start at PO-0001 and skip numbers already taken.
Changes apply to new purchase orders.

Why did my quote number change?
OrderPilot can replace a quote's Shopify draft number with the Shopify order number when the sale is placed. The previous number remains beside it as formerly, and either number finds the sale in search. Stores using custom numbering can see a different pattern because a custom order number takes priority.
