What images can I upload for an option value?
Option values accept PNG, JPG and WebP images up to 5 MB each.
Use Upload image, Replace image or Remove image on the value. An image belongs to the shared option value, so changing it from a template affects every use of that value.

How do I show a product's selected options in an email?
Turn on Show each item's choices in the email's Line items block; the setting starts off. Preview a quote containing options, such as Olivia Bennett's Linden Sofa with Sage Velvet, to check the result. Save and publish the draft when the item details are ready for future customer emails.
Why are my statuses or options empty after installation?
OrderPilot can still be finishing setup after your first sign-in, so starter statuses and options may appear a moment later. Reload in a minute and check the list again. Once the records appear, add your own category, vendor and template to complete the setup checklist.
Can I charge duty to one option instead of the whole sofa?
Yes. In Add charge, choose Specific items or options and select the option the charge covers.
Review the allocation and Landed / unit before saving. Assigning a charge to a fabric option changes that option's cost without spreading it across the rest of the sofa.
