Is Required set on the option or on the template?
Set When ordering to Required or Optional on the bundle or template.
The shared option page has no Required control. A bundle also offers Inherit, which uses the option's stored Required setting; choose an explicit requirement when staff must complete the choice.

From other topicsCan I remove a required option from a quote line?
No. Required options must remain on the configured line. In the app, Add field adds optional fields, and the trash control removes optional ones.
Hide options only collapses the display; it does not remove the customer's selections or make required options optional.

I changed a template's options. Why doesn't the product page show it yet?
A saved option change reaches the product page after template sync and Shopify's storefront cache refresh. The delay can be minutes or hours.
Check the template's sync state before editing the same setting again. OrderPilot checks and recalculates a submitted request, so an old page does not set the final saved price.

Are Online options changes in the template's activity history?
No. Saving Online options does not add a row to the template's Activity history.
Check the current settings on the Online options page. Record important presentation changes in your team's catalog notes if you need a separate record.

I changed the option's look but one template still shows the old one. Why?
The template has its own Custom look, which takes precedence over the shared option's Default look online. Open that template's Online options and review its custom look before changing the shared option again. Save and allow the template sync and storefront cache to refresh.
