Check the template's active state, online mode and sync status, then allow Shopify's storefront cache to refresh. Options for this product aren't available online right now means the page lacks usable published option information.
For Sync failed, fix the reported cause and choose Retry sync. If the configuration is too large, offer fewer values or shorten names and descriptions, then save.
