How do we contact OrderPilot support?
Send a message from the Support page, or email support@meetorderpilot.com.
A person on the OrderPilot team replies within 24 hours, 8 am – 6 pm Eastern. For a failed action, include your Shopify shop, record number, screen, attempted action and approximate time.
Include the Error ID when one appears; it helps support find the specific failure. You can copy it in the admin app or record it from the Shopify POS message.

Can OrderPilot support several showrooms and a warehouse?
Yes, OrderPilot uses your Shopify locations for showroom sales and warehouse work. Staff access can be limited by location, while purchasing and receiving stay connected to the customer sale.
Choose an OrderPilot plan that covers the locations where your team works, including physical receiving locations. A made-to-order location holds order commitments and is separate from a physical warehouse.
Does Shopify support vendor purchase orders for special orders?
Yes, Shopify has purchase orders and linked inventory transfers for supplier shipments, receiving and cost adjustments. Shopify's purchase-order guide explains its native workflow.
OrderPilot adds purchasing connected to configured customer-order lines. The vendor PO carries the selected specification, and receiving remains connected to the customer sale. Creating an OrderPilot PO makes a draft; your team reviews and sends it separately.
