Why does the order's delivery promise follow the slowest item?
OrderPilot calculates the order promise for goods shipping together, so the longest line determines the order's promise.
Longest line identifies that item on the card. Open each line's lead-time breakdown to see its contributing stages and any missing figures before discussing the estimate with the customer.

From other topicsI changed my Shopify theme's colors. Does OrderPilot follow?
No. OrderPilot reads theme branding during installation and does not continually follow later theme changes. Choose Update from theme in Branding, select the values you want, click Use these, and save.
Values you set yourself start unticked. The import does not replace your email templates or PDF themes.
Can I receive another delivery after finalizing a PO?
No. Finalizing a PO closes its costs and stops receiving until it is reopened.
Use Reopen to edit or Reopen, enter a reason, and confirm before posting the next delivery. Your role needs Finalize and reopen purchase orders, as well as permission for the receiving work.

Can OrderPilot help follow up on furniture quotes after the customer leaves?
Yes, OrderPilot records quote opening and supports an optional automatic reminder when the customer has not moved forward. Your team can send a branded quote and give the customer a route to sign and pay from home. An opened email or quote is not a completed signature or payment; check those results separately.
Can OrderPilot calculate a delivery estimate for made-to-order furniture?
Yes, OrderPilot calculates an internal delivery promise from vendor build time, the slowest option, transfer time and customer delivery time. Pickup skips the customer-delivery stage.
The complete promise appears in the admin app, not on POS, PDFs, emails or the customer portal. Placed orders keep their recorded promise when later catalog lead times change.
