Why is Receive all remaining greyed out?
Receive all remaining is unavailable when no eligible units remain for that action.
It skips replacements for rejected units, products still being created in Shopify, and lines assigned to replacement POs. Enter eligible replacements by hand, wait for product creation, or receive against the replacement PO identified on the line.

Save or discard the template's unsaved changes before clicking Activate in the header. Closing an editing row with Done does not save the whole page. Use Save in the save bar, then activate the draft.
If I turn on Receive replies, do I still get replies in my mailbox?
Yes. Receive replies adds customer and vendor replies to their OrderPilot records and the Inbox while your mailbox continues receiving them. Existing orders begin capturing replies with their next outgoing email after setup.
Replies you send from your own mailbox aren't captured back into OrderPilot, so answer through the Inbox to keep the conversation together.

Why is the location picker greyed out?
The location picker is greyed out when the current record cannot change location. Reasons include a placed Shopify order, a purchase-order link, an unfinished sync, a locking status or view-only access. Hover over the picker for the reason.
A purchase order keeps its own location; leave the record page to choose another working location.

Why is By weight greyed out when I add a charge?
By weight is unavailable because purchase orders do not record unit weights. Choose By value, By quantity or Manual instead.
A value split needs known vendor costs; a manual split needs all shares to add up to the charge. Check the allocation preview before saving.
