Why can't I reply to the vendor from the purchase order?
Vendor replies require Receive replies to be configured, the PO to have been sent, and your role to allow Send and cancel purchase orders.
Check SettingsMessages & notificationsSending settingsReplies. A conversation reply sends your message without a new PO PDF; use Resend email for an updated document.

No. You can save a draft purchase order below the vendor's minimum. An enforced minimum blocks sending until the quantity or value is met; an unenforced minimum gives a warning.
Minimums are checked per purchase order. An enforced value minimum also blocks sending when an item's cost is unknown.
Does editing a purchased line update the vendor's purchase order?
No. Changing the customer order leaves the linked purchase order's quantities and costs unchanged. Review the purchase order separately and arrange any required vendor update.
Removing a purchased line returns its reserved units and cost to stock, but does not cancel or revise the vendor order by itself.

Does Shopify support vendor purchase orders for special orders?
Yes, Shopify has purchase orders and linked inventory transfers for supplier shipments, receiving and cost adjustments. Shopify's purchase-order guide explains its native workflow.

Does lead time print on the quote or the purchase order?
No. OrderPilot's calculated lead times do not appear on quote PDFs or purchase orders.
