Can I restore an earlier email design?
Yes. Open Version history, select an older version, and choose Restore as draft.
Review the restored subject and design, then publish to use it for future sends.
Restoring alone doesn't publish the design or create a history entry. Scheduled emails retain the version selected when they were scheduled.

From other topicsDoes restoring an order also restore its old status?
No. Restoring a quote or order leaves its status, review flag, customer's current profile and costs unchanged. The comparison shows which saved fields will change.
Normal saving rules still apply, and restoring a changed agreement can require another customer signature. Review the comparison before confirming the restore.

Will changing the planned PO cost fix an earlier receipt?
No. Changing the planned cost of goods still to come leaves earlier receipts at their recorded costs.
Use Force edit costs > Also correct what was received for an earlier receipt, then enter Reason for change and save the adjustment. A corrected vendor invoice needs a received-cost correction, not only a planned-price edit.

Can OrderPilot handle sales to interior designers and trade customers?
Yes, OrderPilot supports trade customer records, company information and resale certificates alongside the Shopify sale. Trade accounts and customer profile features start on Growth.
Your team can record certificate details and review the sale's tax treatment; Shopify calculates tax. These tools do not promise a complete interior-design project management system.

How many earlier versions of the status map can I see?
Version history lists the latest 100 published maps, with the running version marked Live. Open More > Version history and choose a version to inspect it. Restore to draft brings that version into the draft; test and publish it before it replaces the running workflow.
