Why doesn't Use stock unit appear?
Use stock unit appears only on a saved made-to-order template line when matching stock at its location covers the entire quantity.
Save or discard unsaved changes, then check the exact options, quantity and location. Stock of a similar configuration or only part of the required quantity does not qualify.

From other topicsA vendor appeared that I never added. Where did it come from?
OrderPilot creates a missing vendor when someone chooses a Shopify product with that vendor on a quote. Installation and Sync from Shopify also bring in vendor names.
New imported vendors are active Shopify records. Open the vendor to add purchasing contact details, since a Shopify vendor name does not supply a purchase-order email address.
Can more than one customer choice list appear as tags?
No. Only one customer choice list can supply the tags beside a customer's name. Choose the list in SettingsCustomersCustomer tags, or tick Show as tags beside the customer's name in its field dialog.
Choosing a different list replaces the previous list's tags; choosing None hides them.

Will OrderPilot quotes and orders appear in Shopify?
Yes, creating a quote or order in OrderPilot creates a linked Shopify draft order. The placement or payment route later turns the main draft into a Shopify order.
Unfinished work saved with Save as Draft stays in OrderPilot. A separate deposit order or a sale split for tax can create additional linked Shopify records.

Why did an item disappear from a vendor card in the workbench?
Stock at the chosen Fulfillment Location can cover an item, so the PO Workbench leaves it off the purchase order. Tick Show items in stock to bring covered lines back with Already in stock.
Check the stock badge before ordering extra units. Customized and Ordered new lines follow different coverage rules.
