What happens to units that arrive after the order was cancelled?
Supported current PO lines for cancelled orders receive as ordinary available stock at the receiving location.
Previously held units are released when the order is cancelled.
Older rows that arrived without stock can offer Add to stock or Write off. If a missing order prevents receiving, follow the refusal and add the goods to a new PO line.

From other topicsWill cancelled emails send after I fix the problem?
No. Cancelled emails don't resume automatically after the cause is fixed. Changing the sending domain, turning customer email off, or losing subscription coverage can cancel waiting messages.
Read the cancellation reason in Delivery activity, correct it, and send or schedule the intended message again if the customer still needs it.

I added freight after the goods arrived. Does the cost update?
Yes. Adding or changing a whole-PO freight charge after goods arrive posts the received units' share as a late-charge adjustment, with its reason, in the receipt history; nothing is replaced silently. Units still outstanding take their share when they're received.
Reopen a finalized PO before changing charges, and choose Final when the confirmed invoice replaces an estimate. Cost already used by past sales isn't restated.

Why are costs still estimated after all goods arrive?
Receiving every unit does not make costs final if a relevant charge is still marked Estimated. Review the confirmed bill, edit the charge, choose Final, and save.
Missing vendor costs must also be filled in. Finalizing the PO is a separate action from confirming the actual amounts.

Cancelled in Shopify didn't move my order. Why?
An older store may lack the supplied Cancelled destination and its automatic route. Creating your own status named Cancelled does not give it that behavior. On the status map, connect The order is cancelled in Shopify to your intended status, then test and publish the connection.
