Why are costs still estimated after all goods arrive?

In the appInventory and costsUpdated 2 Nov 2026

Short answer

Receiving every unit does not make costs final if a relevant charge is still marked Estimated.

Review the confirmed bill, edit the charge, choose Final, and save.

Missing vendor costs must also be filled in. Finalizing the PO is a separate action from confirming the actual amounts.

What happens to units that arrive after the order was cancelled?

Supported current PO lines for cancelled orders receive as ordinary available stock at the receiving location. Previously held units are released when the order is cancelled.

Older rows that arrived without stock can offer Add to stock or Write off. If a missing order prevents receiving, follow the refusal and add the goods to a new PO line.

Why is my order stuck at Partially Ready to Ship when everything on its POs arrived?

Check special-order lines that are not on a PO yet or have not been received. Templates, untracked products and Order New lines can still hold back readiness.

A stock line without a PO does not. If the purchasing facts are complete, check the store's status-map connection for All items here.

How can I check what arrived against the vendor’s invoice?

Use the PO's Receiving history to identify the delivery, then compare its accepted quantities and Vendor cost with the invoice. Each receipt keeps the arrival separate from earlier deliveries. Correct a wrong count through the eligible receipt-adjustment route; use received-cost corrections when the quantity is right but the invoice cost changed.

Why aren't estimated charges on my QuickBooks bill?

OrderPilot holds estimated charges out of QuickBooks until you mark them final. Confirm the actual charge and finalize it before expecting the purchasing sync to include it. Check the purchase order's QuickBooks card afterward.

Receipt bills and later corrections follow the recorded purchasing work, so an estimate alone isn't a posted charge.
